Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your new item, but if you are dissatisfied in any way, we will gladly accept returns on full price items when postmarked within 14 days of order delivery. the returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny any return. returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Returns will be processed within one week of receipt. At this time, Semi Gloss offers USPS return labels only for return addresses inside the United States. Please email info@semiglossnyc.com to process your return and request a free US return label. Orders shipped back on your own expense will only be refunded for the items returned, excluding the shipping cost. 

 

SHIPPING

Semi Gloss offers free shipping for orders over $150 to the US and Canada only at this time. 

Semi Gloss currently ships only to the US and Canada.  For Canadian shipments, the customer will be responsible for the Canadian portion of shipping charges and duties, including orders that are $150 (although the US shipping portion will be free). 

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items returns are exchange/store credit only. your store credit never expires. Note that some sale items are FINAL SALE as noted in the description.  Sale items purchased using a discount code are final sale. 

Orders from outside the U.S. will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise and are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Semi Gloss reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

    • Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for store credit only. 

     

    EXCHANGES

    At this time we currently don't offer exchanges. We happily ask that you place a new order for your desired items in correct sizing so that they don't sell out. Then upon receiving your return we will issue you a full refund.

     

    SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Semi Gloss will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact info@semiglossnyc.com
